New Website Launch and Guide Video
Welcome to School Physical Fitness Award Scheme's new website! Please watch the video guide to learn about the operation of this website

Introduction

The School Physical Fitness Award Scheme is jointly organized by the Education Bureau, Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Childhealth Foundation (HKCHF). They aim at promoting the awareness of health-related fitness among school children and encouraging them to participate in regular exercises. Students can only register for participation through their school. Students who participate are required to take physical fitness assessments at school and engage in physical activities during their free time. Students who meet the required standards in the fitness assessments will be awarded certificates. The success of this scheme relies entirely on the support and guidance of parents and schools. The guidance of physical education teachers is vital in helping participants adopt the correct methods of exercising. Equally important is the encouragement and support of principals and parents for the scheme.
